The Claimant suffered whiplash injuries to neck,
shoulder and back. Other injuries included
travel anxiety. Claimant had been due to go on
holiday two weeks after the accident, which
involved a lot of car travel. Although Claimant
still went she was unable to enjoy the holiday
as traveling by car was uncomfortable.
Claimant’s physical relationship with partner
deteriorated for 6 months after the accident.
Claimant was referred for physiotherapy. Full
recovery from all back symptoms within 22
months. Travel anxiety persisted for several
months.
