The Claimant’s whiplash symptoms included soft
tissue injuries to neck and lower back,
exacerbation of pre-existing pain in neck and
lower back. Other whiplash symptoms included
headaches. The duration of the injury and
prognosis was severe pain for three weeks,
resolving after a further 24-30 months. Claimant
was unable to work for five weeks, only
returning because of financial pressure.
Whiplash treatment included a total of 27
physiotherapy sessions. |
