The Claimant’s whiplash symptoms included injury
to neck, minor abrasions, scarring and travel
anxiety. The duration of the neck symptoms
existed for 18 months, travel anxiety for
approximately 12 months, whilst the minor
abrasions and scarring settled within 2-3
months. However, the most significant whiplash
injury was aggravation of a pre-existing back
injury and sciatica for 2 years 9 months,
causing severe low back pain. |
