The Claimant’s whiplash symptoms included soft
tissue injuries to back, neck, right arm and
shoulder. The whiplash injuries caused
aggravation for 9 months of pre-existing back
problems, acceleration by 2 years of symptoms of
pre-existing, previously asymptomatic
degenerative changes in his dominant right elbow
and shoulder. The whiplash injuries to his neck
would probably resolve, but were expected to
take time. |
