The Claimant suffered whiplash injuries to neck
and back. Claimant also sustained soft tissue
injuries to elbow, wrist and both hips. Suffered
with anxiety and depression. Neck and back pain
almost completely resolved within 6 months but
some weakness remained at 16 months. Elbow
injury resolved after 2 weeks, left hip pain
settled after 1 month. At 16 months still
experienced some nervousness when passing site
of accident. |
