The Claimant’s whiplash injuries included
injuries to the neck and back. Other injuries
included a torn ligament in the groin, soft
tissue injury to right hip and travel anxiety.
Claimant’s neck symptoms settled within 1 month,
whilst the low back, right hip and groin pain
were constant for 5 months. Hip and groin pain
settled within 6 months, following
physiotherapy. Back pain was intermittent at 10
months, but full recovery within 14-16 months.
Travel anxiety resolved within 12-13 months. |
