neck and lower back, accelerating symptoms of a
pre-existing back condition. Other injuries
included mild post-traumatic stress disorder and
phobia symptoms, including low mood and frequent
daytime flashbacks, which were expected to
resolve within 4 years with therapy. The
Claimant’s previous back symptoms were
accelerated by 2-5 years and her neck symptoms
resolved within one month. |
