The Claimant suffered whiplash injuries to the
cervical and thoracic spine, pain in lumbar
spine. Other injuries included minor shock,
disturbed sleep, headaches, whistling noise in
ear. Whiplash treatment included sessions of
physiotherapy/osteopath. Full recovery made
14-18 months after accident.
