included travel anxiety. Claimant was shaken by
the accident and experienced travel anxiety as
both a driver and passenger. Claimant lost two
weeks from work and was on light duties for two
weeks thereafter. He found it painful to bathe
and wash, his social activities were reduced.
Claimant was expected to have full recovery from
all physical and psychological symptoms expected
within 15-18 months of the accident. |
